Abstract

The growing extension of ecological awareness goes
hand in hand with a more accentuated interest in a new way of
consuming in terms of practical life, leisure, culture, including

literary life/literature. If ecological projects are aiming at biodiversity
in an explicit manner, this paper tackles it implicitly, based on the
analogy of literature with nature, of life sciences with literary history
and of life forms with literary forms within the figurative and nonfigurative/
fictional and non-fictional frameworks. The analogy of
the biological (ecological) with the allegorical (symbolic) worlds
highlights the multiplicity of modus vivendi and modus scribendi/
cogitandi in the spiritual habitat. In this article we explore the
biodiversity of the Francophone literature/French-speaking literary
landscape by treating the Francophone literature literary ecosystem
from three points of view: structural, functional and relational
