Abstract

Abstract: Education and integration of students into the labor market are closely related to each other. Education is an essential for deploying competition in the labor market. Nowadays, the working skills are essential because we have a big lack of employment. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that business companies and universities work closely in order to allow students to obtain a position. During the years of study, it is necessary to take steps to create favorable conditions in order to obtain the professional capacities for implication in the labor market. In this study we will look at the relationship between the university and the labor market, based in particular on the situation in Armenia. Then, we will propose some possible approaches that can be adjusted during graduate studies by raising the awareness of students and entrepreneurs on this subject. Sometimes when graduating from university, students face different problems. Teaching at the university is essentially based on the theoretical part and often neglects the practical part. Thus, this also creates a series of problems for the students. Our research will focus on the proposal of different internships, various ways to better integrate students into the workplace from the first year and satisfy the needs of the job market.
