ნორვეგიის გამოცდილება: ჯანდაცვის წარმატებული პოლიტიკის მაგალითი
Abstract
ნორვეგიის ჯანდაცვის სისტემა მსოფლიოში ერთ-ერთი წარმატებული მოდელია, რომელმაც შეაძლებინა მას სოციალური განვითარების საკმაოდ მაღალი დონისთვის მიეღწია. მისი გამოცდილების გაზიარება მრავალი სახელმწიფოსთვის იქნება გარანტი, რათა ქმედითუნარიანი პოლიტიკა შეიმუშავონ ამ მხრივ. აღნიშნული ნაშრომი მიზნად ისახავს 2002 წლიდან დღემდე ნორვეგიის პოლიტიკის განხილვას. ნაშრომის ჰიპოთეზის მიხედვით ნორვეგიის ჯანდაცვის პოლიტიკის მაგალითი დაეხმარება ისეთ სახელმწიფოებს, როგორიცაა საქართველო, უფრო წარმატებული გახადონ თავიანთი პოლიტიკა ამ მხრივ. 2002 წლის შემდგომ ჩამოყალიბებული დუალისტური მოდელი არის საკმაოდ წარმატებული და ქმედითუნარიანი პოლიტიკა, რომელმაც მრავალი წინააღმდეგობის მიუხედავად, შეძლო მოსახლეობისთვის შეეთავაზებინა სერვისების მოქნილი სისტემა.

Norway's experience, a successful example of health policy

Abstract
Norwegian health care system is one if the most successful models in the world which given an opportunity to the state to reach high social development. Sharing it’s experience will be the guarantee for creating effective policy in this field for many countries This research aims to analyze Norwegian health policy from 2002 to today. According to the hypothesis this instance will help states like Georgia to make their policy more useful. The dual model which was created in 2002 is interesting due to it’s possibility to offer beneficiary the flexible system of services.
